Transfer to a third country: Some of these technical planning services are provided by a specialist at AQVC Service UG in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Data protection guarantees: As there is no adequacy decision by the EU Commission for this country, the official EU standard contractual clauses have been concluded to secure your data.

Technical security: Access is exclusively via encrypted remote access (VPN). Your data is not permanently stored or copied in the third country; the data remains physically on BISS45's secure servers in Germany.
